Six Pack of Otters was originally written as a novel for National Novel Writers Month in 2003. In 2004, it began being serialized as a comic book.

The story revolves around a cast of otter (or part-otter) characters at various points in their life, but still at the stage of discovering life isn’t what they expected it to be.

The artist and author is Beanie, a Midwestern girl who finds just a couple of ways to keep herself busy.
